They were going to upgrade my receiver. They asked questions so they could determine which company. I lied and they kept going. Jason Roy, supposedly, wanted $200 which would be refunded. That is when I ended the call.

They called my mother-in-law. The said she has to pay $200 to get her receiver (her receiver is broken, and having one shipped out when they called her) and that they will lower her bill to $60 a month for two years.

They were going to upgrade my TV service and because I have been a good long standing customer they were going to reduce my bill for 2 years.

They wanted to upgrade my receiver box and gave me this number to call back to. The phone call originated from 262-251-4612. The speaker had an Indian accent. I called a Spectrum number that I knew was good and they said the call was scam.

Said he needed to update my receiver or I would lose all my channels in 3-4 days. He said that 2 weeks ago. Have been getting this same call from different numbers all of December.

They wanted to upgrade my box. Wanted me to pay 195.00 and will give be $30 discount a month. Says his name is Eric Allen and Nancy Michael

Posing as Spectrum agent requesting a $198.95 went down to $149; went down to $140.

Saying they were upgrading our receiver box, with a $30 discount. I asked for a call-back number and was given this number, told them I would call them later and ***g up.

First call occurred an elderly relative on January 18, 2020 but has called as recently as August 2020. Wanted to update internet plan. Asked for a one-time payment of $149.92 . Requested credit card or check payment sent to Directnetwork, P. O. Box 404, Portage, Michigan 49081.
