The fool's credit card details is sold to another scoundrel who racks-up thousands of $$$$ on the account... Life goes on, idiots are born and the credit card thieves are living the good life because "a fool is soon parted with his money." Seriously people, these are not telemarketers, but thieves working in a foreign country and making fake calls that look like they are originating here in the USA. And now these thieves have even figured out a way to make it look like a call from your own area code, and thus people answer and a few will fall for this "too good to be true" deal.
