They wanted to see if there was any programs out there that I might be able to get. They had. My s.s, number and date of birth, I answered the questions but they couldn't help me.

in a heavy accent, they tried to say my name, then asked if I was using the new laminated medicare card. I "think" that's what they were say. It was hard to hear over all the background noise/talking behind them.

Caller "F-****ed" me BY NAME! I ***g up !

Don't know if he was some guy named Jason but that was all I could understand.
