I just got a call from this number and didn't answer it.  I called back and got the same voice mail about Otis

I have had several calls from this number on my caller ID.  I just tried to return the call and it sounds like a personal voicemail box, with the following message "Hi, you've reached Otis Moore at Russell & Cody, a leading provider of fundraising services.  Please leave me your name and number and I'll be sure to get back to you."

Keep calling every other day!
