This number is one of a series out of TX, I answered the first call, the told me they were from Capital One, I responded I had no interest and hung up. Since then they have called me from various numbers, at least 9, one right after the other. There is a person on the call, but they won't leave a message. They hide their identity by changing location on caller ID, TX, SD, AZ, NY etc. At this point it's mostly harassments.
