Clearly trying to get a "yes" verbal response. hen ****s up

Recorded voice calls and ask if you can hear them OK. Once you answer yes, they **** up. I called the number back, got the same message. This time I answered "no" a***n a ****up. I'm not sure what the "yes" answer gets them but that seems to be what they were after

4-6-19 at 4:30 pm received unsolicited call from Lodi, OH with no voicemail so either a wrong number or most likely a telemarketer.
