These calls are coming from The Notheast Correctional Facility in Youngstown Ohio.  I know this because I have a friend who is there and calls me from there.  But, you have to have an account set up through Correctional Communication Services to receive calls...so if you're getting calls, it's probably someone who knows you and is trying to get ahold of you.  Be Careful--inmates steal other peoples numbers, pretend they are them and try and get money.

Got a call twice from that number. Picked up the first time and it was a message in Spanish which I think said it was a collect call from a jail in Ohio. I ***g up, got another call, same number, and I ignored it.
