These people place a late charge on our account a week after the payment is received.  In other words, payments are made on the 7th of each month in a timely manner.  On the 27th of the month they add a late charge of $39.00 in addition they have raised the interest amount to an outrageous amount - They call an average of 4 times daily.  My mother is 87 years of age w/dementia and heart problems. The call is from India and no one can understand a word they say.  I have filed several complaints with the Attorney General's office hoping so****ing can be done about this situation.  Letters I have written requesting an explanation go unanswered.  This has been ongoing since February 2009. I tried to call this number but keep getting a menu - then get cut off.  Aggravating!!!!

It is Lowes GE Bank. After a year of trying to get them to c****e my due date on credit card bill cause it is due same time as my house payment. I missed a payment because of the conflict. Now they keep calling and when I answered it last week and explained why I missed it they couldn't believe that Lowes wouldn't c****e the due date. I told them look at my call history if they wrote why I was calling in the computer all this time they would see that I was telling the truth. So Lowes raised my rate to an unreal amout. So I told GE Bank I was not paying anymore and I was ticked that Lowes wouldn't help me by just c****ing the due date. She told me they will call every 6 days until I make and agreement with them.I told her now that I know the number they are calling from I will never answer it nor pay my bill.

I got several calls from this number.
