It's a credit card company. I was a few days late on my bill and they asked for payment.

They need to stop calling me someone else had 90340770** before me and probably used it online and now I'm getting spammed. ***?!

I get these calls 2-3 times a day. They never leave a message???I have no idea who they are.

I have received several calls from this number, answer and it saids hold on and no one has answered. Tried calling and just get a busy tone.

After sending my last message, it says at the bottom of the blank screen, are you human. WTH

I just phoned PayPal, gave the above number that continues to phone me daily. PayPal has confirmed that this is a scam, do not give the caller any personal info.

I receive phone calls two to three times per day from phone number 330-433-5833. My caller ID reads GE Money. When I answer my phone no one is there and the phone disconnects after a few seconds. This is very annoying and I'd like it to stop.

I have just had it with these calls 20-30 times a day on my cellular phone and the calls s****ed a***n this morning at 9:00am, so I called the number and of course it is a automated recording telling you to put your acct. number in. So I put a bunch of fake numbers and it said that it was incorrect and to put your social security number in, which I put a bunch of fake numbers and wala, it saids hold on for customer service. They answered as Paypal for GE and asked me for my acct. number and I just gave them***** about calling me. The lady said that she would take my number off the list immediately. Well, we'll see.

15 calls just today and numerous voice messages in a foreign language.

called at 854 am and said repeatedly please hold for an important call then when live person came on they ***g up -if collection until ca civil code 1788.1 this is harassment

calls 3 times a day on my cell phone and i have never answered. I believe they are with pay pal for ebay which i have never used so I suppose someone just made up a phone number and it happened to be mine. I wish I could make these annoying calls stop. Never leaves a message.

Lady called and after ****ing up on voicemail 3xs she finally left a message and said she is collecting a Debt. I think it was about Paypal, but she would say. Don't talk to them. Maybe they are trying to steal your iden***y or so****ing.

They call and do not leave information. The caller is normally an angry male if you can pick up, the phone before they **** up. they are rude and hostile calling every 45 min and as late as 10 pm. ignore them.

All cases I ***g up. If you don't answer the phone they don't leave a message they **** up and bother you later.

Indeed it is GE Money Bank calling on behalf of Sams Club Discover or Texaco or Chevron or one of their other client credit cards. In my case it is Sams Clbu Discover. You either missed a payment or got behind. Or they think you did. They will pester you indefinitely until you send them a cease and desist order per FDCPA. Once you do that and they keep calling you can sue them or file a complaint with the attorney general in your state.

I s****ed getting the calls. I made the mistake of answering once and got an automated message telling me to hold on (which was going to send me into another phase of whatever this is)so I ***g up. They are still calling multiple times a day and I recognize the 330 area code and don't answer. Would really like to have my number taken off their auto dial, but have not figured out how to do that yet. Maybe it will take actually letting myself get wrangled further into their system to actually speak to a person to demand be taken out of their system.

She said her name was Jolena. She would not give a number to call her at or let me know what company she was calling from. I told her it sounded like a prank call to me. She ***g up....

Don't give these guys any information. They're totally ***ue about who they are and their messages give them away. I have 3 Paypal accounts in my household alone, and know for a fact that they're all up to date and secure.

If this is Paypal as some of the others have stated, I don't owe Paypal and I will not do business with them a***n. I will also tell ebay sellers I will not buy from them if they insist on using Paypal.

They never leave a message, and it is getting annoying because they only call when I am at work and don't leave a message as to why.

I just finished calling Paypal & sure enough my account is at a zero balance. I don't owe anything to Paypal-pay later or paypal in general. But I keep getting a phone call from 330-433-5833 and it's really beginning to bug me! They won't stop calling and they keep asking for my phone number. I've also had issues with Paypal and people breaking into my account. I had some weird charge from Skype when I don't use Skype! I had that issue resolved and my money refunded to me, as someone was able to pull the money directly from my bank account. When you have a Paypal account, you usually have some checking account information listed on Paypal so that you can pay, send money or receive money from others via use of Paypal. But because of the iden***y fraud & the Skype situation I had- I had to close out my entire account completely! Now this 330-433-5833 number keeps calling me! When & how will it ever stop!!!

If this number is going to call 5 times a day on my cell phone and about 5 times a day on my house phone, THEY NEED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!! When you do answer, they NEVER IDENTIFY THEMSELVES! All they want is a ss#

Refused to identify themselves when someone else answered. Identified as Paypal when I answered, claimed debt of $20 when my Paypal account shows nothing owed, and wanted to collect immediately. Scam!

330-433-5833. I called it back and recording said that is is Paypal and immediatly asked me to punch in my Paypal credit card number "as it appears on my statement." Very suspect!

I have three missed calls on my cell from this number.  I have no idea why I would be receiving these calls, nor why they won't leave a message.

This is G.E. Moneybank which operates using several differnet names, including PayPal Buyer Credit. If they have threatened you with violance, it is a Federal issue since its using a puplic utility across state lines. Call the police on your local non-emergency number and file a complaint. It'll stop if enough complaints are filed

Somebody from this number called dozens of times. I told them they have the wrong number. They threatened me with violence. I am afraid for my safety.

I am getting about 20 calls from this number. Someone left a voicemail saying they are calling from GE Financial Services. I do not have anything with GE. I told them they are calling the wrong person but they still call on weekends, mornings, late evenings, etc. Somebody please protect American citizens and consumers.

They call 4 times a day s****ing at 6:30 am. Account is up to date, simply a payment was applied to thw rong account (their error). Once issue was fixed, still received these calls claiming it wasn't in there system for another 2 weeks

They call me 20 or more times a week for someone that I had never heard of. I have informed them that I had just got this phone number in June and had never heard of the person that they are trying to reach. I told them that my number is published and they can check with the phone co. to verify that this is a new # for me. They have been asked not to call and this morning (it is Sunday)they called a***n. I called them back and told them not to call anymore and 5 minutes later they called a***n. They refused to give me their address so I can send them a letter telling them not to call and they have told me a dozen times that would remove my # from this guys account and have not done this yet.

These people continue to call my house.  Some oriental lady will not take "no" for an answer.  I have told her not to call my number anymore but she continues to call me.

Calls every half hour. With my job slow, I bought food instead of making my Oct payment, already calling. They must be really frantic to call so quickly with the Economy so bad.

They just called for the first time here. Should I worry? No one that I know of in the house uses PayPal.

I used to get calls from this number, now its from 678-518-3097. I've already contacted a lawyer regarding the Fair Credit Collections Act. They are only supposed to call once a day, anymore is harassment.

Excessive number of calls

Wells Fargo Auto or Home Finance.  They harrass when you aren't even late!  Just close to the pay date.  I hate Wells Fargo and cannot wait until I've paid my car off and have refinainced my mortgage.  The harrassing is not needed!!!

Seriously, they call every 10 minutes all day.  ALL DAY.  From like 9:00AM to midnight.  Because *** I owe 10 bucks on my paypal from last month.  And I explain the situation AND THEY CALL MOAR.

Quite likey a debt collector. The cell phone number I was given was previously owned by someone else in this area. I know because I received a call from the local elementary school asking me to send money for my daughter's school lunches. Since MY DAUGHTER is 35 years old, I asked and discovered this phone number was given to the school by the parents of the child. I've also received a few calls from relatives of the family and English is NOT their first language.

If they can take the time to call, they can take the time to identify themselves or leave a message.  What a lack of proffesionalism.  If calling on someone elses behalf, state the nature of the call so issues can be resolved.  Sitting there silent does nothing to help me rectify any problems.

received two calls on 8/21/08 form this number no message one call at 6:50pm the next was at 8:43pm comes up on caller id as GE Money - have no clue who or why they are calling - as I see from other posts it is pay pal I have no pay pal account

These guys are relentless and rude beyond belief. I have never dealt with such bad account handling or customer service. I can not wait to pay this off so they will go away

Its Ge Money Bank for PayPal Buyer Credit, They'll call from a Private number and never leave a message then they'll s**** with this number. And always leave a pre-recorded message. My suggestion dont be lat eunless you want them ****ing up your phone all day long.

Its more than Likely Paypal and there s****ing to **** me off b/c they call at least 5 times a day, I'm in college, I don't need my cell going off every 20 minutes from a number I don't recognize and choose not to pick up, then they get sneaky and call from a private number, if you havent had that happen yet you wait, those 330... numbers wont call anymore, it will soon be "Restricted"
