Add me to list of people that gets called at all hours daily now by these people. I don't currently and never have had any kind of account with mervyns. I do however have a GE money bank account that was recently consolidated using a service so maybe that has so****ing to do with it. S****ing to get really ****ed off two. OBAMA where are you when we need you?

I do not have an account with these people.  They have called 26 times.  I contacted them after the 9th try (at 10:30a on 9/27) on their part to let them know to stop calling, that ***ody at this address or phone number has ever had an account with them and to STOIP CALLING!  I spent most of Monday and Tues morning trying to get someone to listen to reason and to get my number off their call list.  It doesn't stop, I've spoke wtih COUNTLESS people at all kinds of numbers.  I've been disconnect, ***g-up on, yelled at, talked over, told that "they don't call me", and absolutely 100% guaranteed that they will not ever call me a***n.  Guess what, that's a joke!  Here are the times of the calls:9/25/2009 - 8:02a, 8:32a, 3:22p, 3:28p, 3:498p9/26/2009 - 8:10a, 12:06p9/27/2009 - 9:31a, 10:21a, 11:54a, 11:59a9/28/2009 - 11:47a, 12:37p, 3:45p, 4:52p9/29/2009 - 11:21a, 12:05p, 3:17p, 4:51p9/30/2009 - 8:23a, 3:06p, 3:07p, 5:02p10/01/2009 - 8:30a, 3:54p, 5:38p

THIS IS MERVYNS CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO BILLS THRU GE-MONEY.  IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS OR IF YOU JUST TOLD THEM YOU CAN'T PAY, THEY CALL BACK WITHIN THE HOUR.  CALLS S**** AT 8:05AM END AT 8:59PM.

I GET CALLS EVERYDAY FROM A 513 NUMBER AND THEY CALL AT LEATS 3-5 TIME A DAY .. I THINK ITS A SCAM . WHAT TO DO

I think this is a scam and they are pretending to be from Mervyns collecting money.

i have received 3 calls with in the hour and they never leave a message from this number and I am going to use a whistle ****er and **** them off the ****** phone. next time it might make them go deaf and never call me a***n. If they can give me pain I will give them pain... a whistle ****er does the job have done it before and they never have called back a***n try it some time.  I too have my number on the do0 not call list. The list is a joke they dont go by it ***ody does.

I get this call everyday, from GE Bank/Mervyn's, it is a recording that states the there is a Problem with my Mailing Address. I get my bill just fine.  I even called it back and yelled at the Customer Service Person, I still receive this call everyday.

This number has called me more than 10 times in 2 weeks about GE Money/Mervyns. This is ridiculous.

Constant calls all hours of the day/night.  People these days are having a hard enough time as it is and having to deal with constant phone ringing from these people is irritating.

This number has called me 23 times in 4 days...nearly 6 times a day. GE Money/Mervyns. This is ridiculous.

I got a call from a blocked call last night and answered it, it was a credit card company wnating to enter me into a sweepstakes.  I politley told her I was not interested.  This morinig I woke up to a call at 8:15 from 866-484-7005  I didn't answer.  However all these calls are on my cell phone.  I thought that marketers were banned from calling cell phones???

this is one of the Mervyns collection numbers and they keep calling even though a person makes payments.  They never leave a message.They call all hours.  Can this number be blocked?(area code 330-433-5836)They used to have and 800 number, they also have a private number(outsourcing?)

Keep calling but never leave a message. What makes them think that i'll answer? I also keep getting calls from Restricted and 866-484-7005

GE Money regarding Mervyn's.  An 800 or 866 number used to come up and since I never answer it, now they are trying to get me from a real area code number.  Ha Ha keep trying!  I guess they want me to sign up for an credit card! They also called using: 9137892776
