Calls two or three times a day.. Drives me insane!!!

looking for someone who does not live here.

Calls once or twice a day. Never leaves a message, just dead air. This is really annoying.

this is NCC a collections company, they are rude and obnoxious, even pretend to be Lawyers, reporting them to the Attorney General and the FCC

an automated service continues to call me...everyday several times a day. When the call goes to voicemail...nothing is left, just dead air. I feel this behavior or practice is biligerant. If it is legitimate business that they are calling about, then a message should be left, however the "pranking" like calls are displeasing to me.

Received call from this number, when I answered it was an automated message.  I waited to speak to someone and it turned out to be a collector (of course).  Agent was pleasant at first but became confrontational when I asked them to stop calling and contact me by mail only.  He then went on to say that it was legal for him to continue calling.
