330-510-5210 called my home number today, June 17, 2014, at 1:15 p.m. A recorded message came on the line to tell me that they were calling in regards to the recent deregulation with the electric company, where we can choose who we receive our electric from. It said to grab my electric bill to have it handy with the representative gets on the line, then to press 5 to speak with a representative. When the gentleman got on the line, he said*****o, and I said*****o back. He told me his name, which I can't remember, and told me the company he was calling from is Power Choice. He asked if my home number was the best number to reach me at, and I told him NO. I asked where he got my home number from, if he received it from the electric company, because this is not the number****ociated with my electric bill. He told me that he didn't know, and asked if he could call me back. I told him no a***n, and asked if I could speak with a Supervisor in regards to this, because if they are getting their phone numbers from the electric company, then I need to contact them, to find out if someone is using my home number for their bill, to get it taken care of. He told me that the Supervisors were all unavailable. I asked if there is a Customer Service number that I could call to speak with a Supervisor, and he told me that there is not. I told him that by law, he has to provide me with the name of his company and a valid phone number to call. He said, "Well, I see, but we don't have one, I can put your number in our DO NOT CALL database." I told him, "NO, I want to speak with someone, and you are not answering my questions." He told me that I was yelling at him, and I told him that I hadn't raised my voice at all, but I could show him what yelling was if he wanted to hear me yell. I told him he was going a***nst the FTC by not giving me the information I requested, and he ***g the phone up on me. I called the number back, and it only gives me the option to press 1 to be put in their DO NOT CALL database. The only company by the name "Power Choice" is based out of Australia, so they are not only going a***nst the FTC with their calls, but now they are impersonating another valid company!!

They called me and I was thinking of answering but did not because I was not familiar with the number.
