I got the same message as Soccer Mom when I called the number back. I didn't press anything, and stayed on the line a minute and 4 seconds until it disconnected me.

Same "back taxes" call as other reports - SCAM!!

What a scam! Most people file jointly so how could one person owe back taxes. Just got a phone call from this number, based out of Alliance, Ohio. Did not answer, instead called the FBI and reported them. Irs was closed. FBI will investigate. Ha,Ha, keep making the phone calls! idiots

Claimed they could lower my IRS tax debt - which I don't have. Tried telling them to take my number off list and person never stopped talking. ***g up and called back and was automatically directed to press any digit to have number removed from call list.

Called asking about my back taxes. I don't owe any back taxes. I've block the number. Bye, bye.
