He is from Ohio... My guess is that its computer hackers that can use others numbers and find yours through the internet. And walmart is a good cover because they are everywhere and alot of people shop there.

Message from 330-689-8638 to call 877-891-9915. Got a you have a $200 rebate voucher text. Called them back from a different phone, and they said it was because I filled out a survey for Walmart 2 months ago. When I said no, I didn't, he still wanted to give me the gift card if I paid the $4.95 shipping and handling fee. I told him to bill me, but he could only answer with "I'm sorry" like he didn't hear me. I had to give up. Maybe next time... I am too afraid to text back the Stop/DNC because I feel they wouldn't honor the request. Has anyone actually got them to stop texting?PS - also got a text from 650-276-8569 a couple days ago to call 877-861-8581 for a $100 giftcard to Walmart.

I am thinking someone leaked my number to these solicitors.
