This is another number that is s****ed to look like a local number, in this case Akron Ohio, so I would answer it.  They have been calling for a month or two and when I answer it rings busy, their automatic dialer is ringing ahead of phone room workers.  It is more than likely a virtual number like voip to get you to answer it.  Darrell was reading a scrip, sounds just like regent management making threats.  Don't give any info to them its just another bottom feeder trying to scam money.
