This same number called me and left the same message with no name also I don't know who it is

Received a call today from this number. I received similar calls in the recent past from a different number with same message. Voicemail says Ron Kennedy has a file on his desk and needs to verify personal information and that it is very important I call them back at 877-591-0433. They do not use my name when calling they just say that they have my file on their desk.When receiving these call in the past on a different number, I checked on it and found numerous complaints. It appears they have c****ed their number and are back at whatever they are doing. Sounds like a phone phishing scam to me.
