This person was a TruGreen Salesperson who was extremely unprofessional on the phone when I would not lock in a deal. We spent a lot of time reviewing the options, of which he kept talking in circles, then even at one point asked if I was writing this down, which I found to be belittling. After I told him several times that I would get back to him to advise him what deal I would go with, he began yelling and stating that he wasted his time, would now have to explain to his boss, and that I wasn't being cool and it wasn't fair to him. I feel unsafe knowing this person has my address, and do not believe any customer -****ential or otherwise - should ever receive this type of treatment.
