Needed help buying a home on Columbus, Al. Columbus is in Georgia, close to Al. Followed up with phone call and he answered. Foreign accent, looking to move and needs a 1.2 million dollar house. Not a typical cold phone call for this area.

Received a text from someone telling me their name was Blaine and said they were looking to buy a home in the market I work/live in. We arranged a time to speak over the phone and I called as agreed. No answer, voicemail full and no further response yet. Have had texts like this recently that were nothing more than scams. Seems this may well be another.
