Asks for someone by First Name ie James? If you reply no they say that's ok I can speak to either of you..and they go into a fast sales talk. I said no you can't and s****ed hitting the 7 key repeatedly. There was some giggling and they ***g up.

This is the call where they very politely say your first name like they are you long lost friend, you answer yes, they record the yes, **** up & later use the yes as permission to scam you.

Asked for the name of a person in the office. When I asked if they wanted to speak to that person, they said "Well, there's no message. Have a good day. Bye now" and ***g up
