I live in Utah, and CPS stands for "Child Protective Services" which I highly doubt has sweepstakes. This may be a tactic to serve you with papers.

They just called me.  Said it was a company called CPS, I believe she mentioned Utah, but I had a hard time understanding her accent.  She told me I'd been entered into some sweepstakes and then s****ed asking me questions.  That's when I ended the call.

They had just called me about 20 minutes ago.. ******s.. http://800notes.com/Su****ious-Calls.aspx shows a lot of people who like to "Spam" or "Harass" people.

you arent the only one. i just had this number call me and it seems to be an untraceable number. oddly the source of the number comes from Montgomery, Alabama. Thats all the info i got on it but i hope it helps

Anyone get any calls from this number?  Coincidentally, I also got calls from these 239-443-3940 people.  Did not answer, as I see they seem to harass people.
