I received a call from this number. They said that they were from a Loan Company or Payday Loan company. when I didn't give them any information they quickly ***g up the phone.........

The man attempted to force me to use my credit card to pay off an account that I know nothing about. He made threats to come to my job and arrest me. He said  that I would be served with a subpoenaed on my job to appear in court that same day.  He stated that my employer would fire me immediately and that no one else would ever hire me. He said that an investigator would be at my job today (Thursday October 8, 2009). Cursed me because I asked him to identify himself.

Attempted to force me to use my credit card to pay off an account in the amount of $1100 that I supposedly had with them. Advised that I would owe them $9000 if I failed to pay them immediately. Made threats to come to my job and arrest me. Informed me that I would be served with a subpoenaed on my job to appear in court within 2 hours.  Advised me that I would be fired from my job would not be able to get another job.

This was odd - when they called us at 7:30 am on a Sa****ay (!) we got this recording that said press 1 for 24-hour security... press 1 for 24-hour security... etc. Last week we got a call with that same message supposedly coming from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art but from the number 415-357-4000, which IS the museum, which also came up on the caller ID as the museum - we know ***ody there or at this number here.  Obviously w***ver this is can c****e their ID information.  We did find out it's a cell phone though. Cell data - 1 address in MONTGOMERY, AL 36104, Carrier: COMCAST PHONE OF ALABAMA, Phone Type: DOTHAN DTHNALXABMD, Rate Center: DOTHAN.

called & said it was my bank & that they cancelled my bank card because of su****ious activity @ 3 am

Why is this company calling me.  I never heard of the company and I know for a fact that I don't have an account with this company.  It needs to stop calling me.

No one answers and when I return the call no one answers.
