This is my full time cell phone for work and some personal. How do I get the scam calls from calling all day everyday???

Scam calls, telemarketers they call his cell phone nonstop throughout the day. We block each # as they come in and they call right back from another one. Is there so****ing you can do to stop this or so****ing I can say? They have put my kid in danger because of the nonstop calling.
