Try to get into our business systems

Called my store with a service ticket for our "slow" running card readers. Then proceed to request card #'s. WRONG !!!!! ***g up and they continued to call.

Card about work order for pin pad. Gave name and ID number and a reference number. Scammed the store for 432.10 twice. For a Amazon card.

Called my store saying they were from the help desk to "reset" the card reader ma****e, and gave every possible thing wrong with the ma****e as the reason.

We got a work order from your manager about the pin pad being out of function and slow on acceptance. He wanted me to run a diagnostic and became hostile when I said I'd need the WO number and name of submitting manager. Told him to call back the next day when they'd be present, as we'd had standing orders not to do anything over the phone regarding registers without a manager present.

Said they were with Casey's Help Desk, wanted to "cali***te" our pinpads. They are a gift card scammer

Pretending to be from our Help Desk, trouble*****ing issues with touchpad at register. Sent barcodes to scan & committed fraud.

This guy is African American and says he is Technical support customer service representative, and he'll say the manager called him and asked him to call the store and he'll ask you to use a gift card on card reader.

The guy saud he was a technology support agent with Casey's, and that our card reader wasn't working.

They say they are your companies help desk and want to cali***te your pin pad but they actually steal money
