I am of the opinion Main Street Appraisal company is a dishonest company. Please be aware they try to charge your bank multiple times for appraising your property once. They have one appraiser (James Robert McInnis) who seems dishonest. He will assess your house for less than the actual value. I had a separate appraisal of my dad's property once Mr McInnis had completed his assessment and the second opinion was over $50K more.
