This caller offered me credit card at zero % for first year and 7% thereafter; I'm on "do not call list"

guy kept talking over me I told him to stop he told me I should behave I don't know who you are talking to trying to get my wife to give her credit card number to her I filed a complaint with the FCC online. Hope they get arrested. http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. you should file one too.

They called saying they would lower my interest rate to less than 6% for life and s****ed asking for credit card numbers. They ***g up when I said I don't have a credit card.

Scam about lowering credit card rates as a resuly of a gov stimulus package
I missed the call. When I tried to return it, I got an automated message that the number was not in service.
Sounded like a credit card fraud phone call where they ask for your credit information with a promise of reducing your rates.
