The owner of the teacup pomeranian was supposed to have the dog flown and driven to our home today before 7pm. However, we received a notification from City Express Delivery services that the puppy is stuck in customs due to a lack of pet insurance which is another additional $425. This fee was never mentioned to us during the process of the purchase for the puppy. Now upon calling this number, no one is answering or responding to our requests or inquiries
