The number belongs to United Healthcare - I received a call from a supervisor who was reviewing my grandson's case.

I received a call from this phone number today.  It was a supervisor from United Healthcare.  We requested that they call us due to an issue we are having with the insurance company paying for a hospital bill.  She left a voice mail with a direct number to call her back.

Call is from United Healthcare.  The 336 area code is their call-out number but they have a toll free call-in number.  There are several departments calling out from this number.  They are calling for a purpose, not trying to solicit.

Said they were United Health Care, told me not to call back the 336-541-7130 number I believe they are a third party billing agency looking to get insurance patients to use their service and cost all of us money.  Do not use them.  You will end up paying more than you should.
