Legit call reminding me of a doctor appt. call from NC & I'm in PA.

This is a legitimate phone number; but it's out of N Carolina and & must be a nationwide contracted reminder service for Doctors in all areas as I live in WA and it reminded me a Dr. Appt I had coming up in a few days w/ my WA physician..

This call was just a reminder for a medical appointment.

this call came from North Carolina as a reminder of a medical appointment in Southeastern connecticut--it used a combination of live and computerized messaging--may be a service for doctors?

got this call today on my cell - didn't leave a message so I'm checking it out here - from what I'm reading it may be one of those set ups that trick you into calling the number back and then charge your phone a large flat rate or a high per minute charge - since finding out about this way of scamming I never call a number I don;t know.  Sad that we have to live like this and that no one is doing anything to stop this sort of thing.

I live in upstate NY.  Received 4 calls from this number in 30 minutes, ID simply said "North Carolina" and the number.  I picked up, no one there.  They called back 3 more times and each time I would not pick up but let it go through to the recording.  Still nothing from the other end.  No message, nothing.  MOST ANNOYING !!!  I think this is a doctor's office.  This is the way they do business today?  Very shabby and non-professional, and not very efficient. I still don't know who it was.

Called me today at 2:47pm, I let it go to vmail so I can refer to it later since caller ID said "DOCTORS OFFICE" but no message was left.....strange

I live in Upstate NY, was a call to confirm a dr appt - they did leave a message so apparently they fixed that problem.

Received a call from this number, did not answer as I was on the phone, did this search.  If it is my Dr's office calling I plan to ask at my appointment as I do have one on Monday.  ****** if no message is left and no confirmation of appointment

Called my dedicated fax line of two years.  Called 336-722-0292 back and was told to call the Dr's office directly.  Duh, no number.  It's from NC and I live in WV.

The call was to confirm a doctor's appointment I had.  If I don't answer, it doesn't leave a message, though, which is odd/******.  If I do answer, I get the recorded message reminding me of my appointment.  That's all great, but if ***ody is home to answer, the message isn't relayed.  Kinda dumb.
