A man named Ashley Kimber Tel # 1-336-776-0280 from Transcontinental Debt Recovery called me and said that we had signed up to put our name on a cd that lists Armed services organizations in 2003. He was very rude and I did not appreciate his tone at all. The cost at the time was $309.00. He says the bill was never paid and that they were suing for over $1300.00, if we don't make a deal to pay up with interest. He claims that he has repeatably called and sent us paper bills for payment. We have never heard from this organization before and I think it is a scam

I have the same dealings with the same man and every word you siad is true.  he even was disrespectful to my wife when she answered.

SCAM CALLER - Person called my business, was probably the most disrespectful, abusive and rude person I have ever dealt with in my life.  Calling saying he was at the courthouse sueing me - talked to employees saying the same thing and abusive to them.  He told them I signed a contract and never paid the bill etc.. When I tried to nicely talk to him to figure out what he was talking about because I know that I pay my obligations responsibly, he became even more abusive and rude.   I later found out it was an "infousa" SCAM caller. Claims I owe $3000.  Even knowing it is a scam, it was still hard to have someone like this Ashley Kimber from this number on the phone with me.  Even as I write this it is upsetting.  I feel for this angry man if he has to make his living by scaring and lying to people, but THIS IS WRONG...   I have requested he never call a***n but i doubt he will abide by the laws either.
