They sent me an image not an actual text message. Image reads if listing is still available if so they can proceed with payment and pick up. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This person sent me a screenshot of a note on eBay saying they want to do a local pickup for an item I have for sale...I live nowhere near them

Texted regarding making a high dollar purchase outside of eBay. Almost had me, because I’m desperate from the sell, but thankfully I came across this to confirm it was a scam. I knew it was too good to be true. Stay away from this person!

He is trying to make a "local pickup" eBay purchase.

They try to buy an item I have for sale on eBay and want to make the transition outside ebay by pay with a check I was suppose deposit electronically, was a fraud, I called my bank and was a fraud

Messaged me on eBay With I'd Fantrax9 to text for payment arrangements and pickup of a pick up only item then I see it's a landline not a cell phone

This person wanted to buy a local pickup item in Southern California but is located in Houston.

Definitely a scammer! I too thought this person wanted to buy my item on e-bay

This is a scammer! I didn’t fall for anything, but he/she targeted me on EBay for a high dollar item. Delete/ignore/block this person
