Attempting to serve legal documents. Telling me that I need to be available on a certain day at a certain time to accept service, and if I don't, she'll come to my employer. It's BS, done by amateurs who don't understand how that process actually works.

Some BS about coming to my house and I called the number back and told them that if he showed up at my house I would "**** his flipping head off." The End

This person Jennifer Clark left a long text message, stating she is an independent processor. She claims she has legal do***ents that need a signature, and that they would come to my house,or job to get the signature.

1-29-24 on voice message caller claimed to be an independent process server named Jennifer Clark needing me to sign for legal do***ents. If I was unavailable would attempt at work. If not available, would be considered a refusal & gave a different number to call to reschedule. Spam!!!

they said they are a legal processor trying to serve legal papers and will be at my house on Monday the 9th between 3-5 pm.

Said she was a process server with do***ents which needed a signature. Would come to the home or work Wednesday, 3-5. This number was given for questions about the do***ents.

They said that they were intending to serve me legal do***ents and to call that number.
