Called did not leave a message. I didn't answer as Caller ID indicated "Cellphone NY". I'm registered in the Do Not Call Registry since its inception. I'm filing a compliant. I advise others that are being called to do the same.

"Rachel" keeps calling and leaving a message about lowering my credit card debt. I have no credit card debt, and am on the do not call list. This "Rachel" has spoken in recordanese every weekday for the last 2 weeks. She needs to get the hint that I am not calling her back. Or if I do, it will be in recordanese and will not be nice.

I finally know who has been calling "UNKNOWN" for a very long time! Credit card scam/telemarketer autodialer leaves message, "Rachel from customer service regarding your credit card account. Nothing is wrong but you need to contact us...press 1" (paraphrased). Pressed 1 for live operator. I knew what they were going to say and that its a scam or shady telemarketing. From the day before we mistakenly answered a call from "UNKNOWN" the day before asking about a credit card we don't have. My husband asked who was calling. They said the credit card company (the one we don't have). Knowing better my husband said, I pressed 9 because, don't I have the right to know who is calling my house? They said "No". My husband said, "really?" Sheepish reply, "well,yes". Then ***g up. (so far lies, and intimidation, and not respecting the DNC list) When todays operator came on, we were ready. I spoke the cue, "FBI trace this call". I hope the call lasted long enough for the trace to work! Big Smile...

Rachel from Cardholder Services talking about mt credit. I would never talk to them since my credit card name wasn't mentioned. They call about once a week and they don't need to.
