This woman Christina parker called my sister from3473867484 stating I took out a $1 thousand dollar loan. I called back  andrequested to speak to Christina and the woman who answered the call had a strong accent stating "we will torture you". I ***g up. Who are these people?

This company who says they are Department of DPS has a lawsuit a***nst me.  This is a cell phone number and they are a fraud.  I am notifying the police.

got a call from this number , off and on for the past 2 yrs. he says there are serious allegations a***nst my ss #. i have called back before , the lady acts like she has no idea why i am calling back.. they have called where i work.. i am angry about this . it is a scam. i have no one in new york that would call me.. what can i do ?

I received a call from this number and they said they put a law suit out on me but would not give me any info on the company, Then they called me at work and the man with a broken english was talking ***** to one of my employees, saying ***** things to her and what he wanted to do to her ***ually. It was terrible.

They called me at work and on my cell phone. Said a claim was going to be filed a***nst me at 11:00 am tomorrow morning. Said I had to pay over 5 thousand dollars or I was going to go to jail. they had my email address, my work number and even knew where I banked. They stated i am a criminal that never paid back a payday loan. But they could not give me any details at all regarding any information. They were threating and I was scared until I searched the internet regarding the company and the phone number. This has made me sick to my stomach

A police officer friend when investigating a fraud claim, filled out an application for a loan from one of these high interest loan companies, Payday Loan Company, I think. He listed me as a reference. I am getting harrasing phone calls from this # 347-286-7484 "the legal department of ACS Affidavit Processing". This is a total scam. The # has been supplied to our state's attorney general's office. The officer was investigating a case involving a single widow on Social Security who had been scamed out of $500 and $300 by this loan company. Beware of anyone with broken English who claims you owe his company money. Do not give any personal information. Just laugh at him when he calls. It is a scam.
