Said they were Officer Medina from DocuServe and if I didn’t call by the end of the day I would be sued. Called my husband and my father threatening to serve me at my place of work. I had this in December and it’s a complete scam.

Barbara Jean from Docuserve law firm calling about form and complaint. Left message for my brother and sister-in-law claiming that they had a case and would show up at place of employment if they did not receive call within 24 hours. Total scam and har***ment - did not receive a call on my number.

Claim to have a file against me, calling multiple family members and texting them from another number. They also ****f a number to make the call look like it’s from your area. If it was legit call from a true company, you wouldn’t hide your number.
