Called and left an automated call saying I had 4 serious cases filed with the police and to call back immediately to get this taken care of.

Yep, bogus threat! Call says that there are 4 serious allegations a***nst "you" and that "you'll" be taken into custody by the local police.

As others have said, bogus caller, badly written computer voice telling that there are 4 serious charges a***nst you, and that you will be taking into custody by local police within 24 hours if you don't call them back. Complete scam.
