Its scam
IRS SCAM. I got a bunch of automated calls from this number saying that I was being sued. I finally called back and a guy with an Indian(?) accent told me he was "officer so****ing" and the IRS was sueing me. When I laughed he ***g up. This is definitely a scam attempt.
