I received a call from Michael Adams, a well as other generic names of people with heavy Indian accents. According to the FTC, these calls are based out of India, and have hacked into databases from other loan companies, and have ***n access to names, ssn's, and contact info for references. According to consumer protection authorities, nothing can be done at this time.

Well the same people called me harassing me, and because I am so ****** I sent these **** people my information. They haven't took any money out yet, and I keep trying to call the number and it is either busy or says that the number can not be dialed at the time!

i got calls from jason and rachel,indian accents,rude,saying i owe 5400 and i will be dragged off to court .they are scam artists trying to scare people into sending fast money.i reported them to the ftc and will contact other authorities.i asked them for a validation letter and they refuse to send any details except that i owe for a online payday loan w/cash partners of america.

i got a message from some one with a heavy accent saying that my mother was being sued and i was going to be held responsable if she did not call back so tryed to call them back after argueing with them a few times and them ****ing up on me they block my number for a day at a time they do not disclose were they are located and get nevorse when i bring up the law they like to harrass people from what i have gatherd so i harrass them right back there is no way this company is lagit i am not the best speller so please forgive me but be very carefull of these people

I got a phone call as well from very heavy indian accented person that was very unprofessional also stating that I was being sued and that they were going to come to my job and drag me off to court. I have no record of doing business with Cash Partners of America. These callers state that they are located at 602 Fulton St, Brooklyn NY. I cannot locate this Legal and General Group in any business directory. I believe these people should be investigated for harrassment

I just got a call from a Frank Davis and Rachael Johnston (heavy Indian accents) saying I was being sued by Cash Partners of America.  They were going to have me arrested tomorrow, I said bring it on, I will not give you a dime, I said see you in court.  CLICK

I got a voicemail message telling me to call this number back... HOWEVER the caller ID was unknown, so the number may belong to someone else.He had a fake (but very good) Irish accent.

this man just called our office like 5 mins ago asking for one of are employees that work here they need to stop calling he said his name was JACK THOMPSON. He was that it was a legal matter.....
