Im rcieving the same phone calls and i dont like that this david jackson has my social, address, and date of birth. Thats too dangerous. How can I stop this or get a new social

This is completely a scam call and they have gotten your information from a pay day loan application with a company that shares your info.  I have received multiple calls from this number and I get different information every time I talk to someone.  The first time I was told that it was "Officer Kevin Johnson" calling and I confirmed that he was indeed saying he was a police officer.  Once I asked him what police department he worked for he said, "Hold on..." and ***g up.  I recieved a call a couple of minutes later from the same number and he stated his name was John McCoy.  I told him that I had just spoke with Kevin Johnson who claimed he was a police officer.  John McCoy told me that there were no police officers at that number and told me he would listen to the call recording and ***g up on me.  I recieved another call a couple of days later and the man that I spoke with would not give his name and when I asked to speak with Kevin Johnson or John McCoy he ***g up on me.  This is a scam and you should not give them any money.  Once you know the right questions to ask they will give up and **** up on you.  They will try to scare you with different threats but if they cannot provide you with the date, time, court house location and the judge of the court case, you have no reason to fret.

I have recieved a couple of different calls from this number.  The first time they man on the phone said he was a police officer and when I asked him what police department he worked for he ***g up on me.  Another guy called me right back after that and I asked him if they were police officers and he said no.  Don't give them any money.  They are all lying.

Yes****ay my son and I had messages on our cell phones from this number saying we owed money also. I am filing legal incident report because so****ing should be done to prevent this harassing.

This man named David just called my place of employment 5 times tell me that i owe him money and that he is going to continue to call until he gets me fired or that i give him money that he states that i owe him.  Does anyone have any ideals as how to stop them from calling?

This John Mccoy tried to intimidate me by telling me I will be prosecuted. I am asking the details of this accusations and he got mad telling me I can contact a lawyer but its not his business to tell me the details of the call. He even told me that the government will hold my social security number. Ignorance of the law excuses no one. But you cannot bring a lawsuit to a person without telling the person bveing accused . what the accusation was . A notification letter about the case being pursued. This person shouted at me, threatening and trying to scare me about the case. I just want to know what is that being sued a***nst me.  They don't even want to leave a legit address  or email where I can communicate. Please tell me who really own this number. Is this a scam call. Please advise.

If he continues to harass you, report it to the FBI. You can go on their website. The same thing happened to me. Just keep an eye out, they're just extortionist trying to get you to pay them money.

Debt collector

this ****** indian guy just called me repeated my ssn number said i owed money to some business i have never heard of and he has my birthdate, said he was going to issue an arrest warrent if I didnt make a payment and have me picked up within 30 minutes... I told him go a head.... no cops showed up at my door obsiously but im worried that he has so much of my personal information any ideas of what to do about him, this isnt the first time he has called me.
