this number has called many times, no messages left.

Have received a call from a "James Carter" at this phone number with an Indian accent.  He claims that I am involved in a legal matter and that I need to take care of this matter immediately.  I do not recall the name of his company but there must be a large ring of these scammers because I have received several calls in the same manner from another phone number with a 704 area code.  These people are s***bags.  DO NOT fall for it. They are trying to get your personal information.  I have tried telling them that I have reported them to my police department and ***g up the phone in their ear but they continue to harrass me at my workplace.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Just do not give out any personal information...and alert your bank of the situation.

Just rec'd a call from this number the name came up NWYRCYZN06 in NY. They asked for me and told me that they had a law suit a***nst me. I told them we were in bankruptcy and I went to give them the case number and our attorney's name and they ***g up. Before ****ing up they said they this wasn't included in the bankruptcy. They said this was a payday loan.
