To ray fleck:You are obviously part of the scam, you can barely write and these people who call can barely speak english while trying to convince those of us with an IQ in the triple digits that we owe you money!  Your tactics fall way below the standards required for debt collecting.  Your scam is hilariously mediocre at best!  To all of you receiving calls from Mr. White, Mr. Matt Peterson, John Doe, and the like, PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS **** IT IS NONSENSE.

I've been recieving a call from heavy accented persons stating they were with ACS a debit collecting law firm.They call my employer threating and giving them secured personel information.I return the call and they will not give me information,(only telling ,me to pay up) don't know what I owe or why they are calling me.I ask,but this seems to frustrate them.I ask for so****ing in writing (they refuse).This is becoming very anoying and embarrishing for me (calling my employer and telling them that they will be sued if I dont pay).Pay what.Why cant they explain.

This man called saying I owe a check loan online and that i am going to jail. This is the 4 time they have called. They called my job and got my work voice mail and left me a message on my work email, now that going to far and i want to have them arrested.

I just contacted the Federal Trade Commission and I recommend that everyone else do the same.

Ray Fleck,It is a Scam .. How about you stop getting on here and trying to pretend it is not. First Learn the English Language before posting.It is NOT a real Law Firm.I filed a Complaint with the BBB, who also said it is not a real company, and a complaint with Attorney General. Think I am play Adam White / Ray Fleck, how about you give them a call and find out... I suggest everyone else does the same.

I have been getting a call from this phone number and his name is george anderson, the funny thing was he left a voicemail and ended up the message with f*&k u! how can this be stopped... same company, afidavit consolidation service.

Number they are stating that I have a loan I did not pay. They are saying they are going to sue me.  I did not take out a loan.  I also verified with my bank.  ADAM WHITE Is a name that was used.  It is a scam
