got a call from this number stating that they are the bureau of criminal investigation, not!

They called me and i know this is a scam! They have received your information somewhere online and they are calling using your information to get money out of you! Do not give them any information and tell them to do what they have to do and **** up! Thats all you can do

i also recieved the same type of phone call but w threats of jail and warrants being placed for my arrest i believe this is a scam and an filing a report with the local police department. iv also found it was from new york new york.

This number called me said he was Sergeant so****ing or another, Indian type of an accent, one that you can never understand. Said he was from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation about a loan I have recieved. Which I haven't received any type of a loan. Then they continued and said if you would like to take care of this loan personally or we can send it through courts. "So what would you like to do mam?" I said send it through the courts. I've searched all types reverse phone lookups and I can't find out who owns the number without paying. I don't have the money to pay to find the information. The only thing I could find was it's from New York, New York.
