Called and ***g up when he hit my voice mail this afternoon

What can we do to stop this?  I'm already on the national DNC registry but I still get these calls.  This particular number was about lowering my credit card interest.  I stayed on the line so I could speak with a live agent and politely ask them to remove me from their calling list. When I told them I did not want to lower my rates but rather to have my name removed, I was ***g up on before I could finish my sentence.  How do we stop these calls?

I just got a call from this number and when I asked which credit company the person ***g up!

When I answered I got a recorded message: "Hi, this is Joseph from travel services. Due to a recent purchase you made locally you have been awarded 2000 travel points toward a trip to Cancun..." At which point I ***g up.My caller ID said New York

got this call today, didn't answer, no message on the ma****e.

The auto dial ma****e works by adding 1 to the previous number.  The caller ID said New York City but it could be a scam with the calls coming from Russia or Nigeria according to "whocalledus".  If you answer they will sell  your phone number to other scammers as a valid number OR if you give them your credit card number they will rip off your account.  If someone calls you they want so****ing for you.  It's true of family, friends, or business.

On November 2 at 2:32 P.M.,  I got a call from this number but I let the answering service get it. When I checked, there was only silence for several seconds on the message that was left. Only the number was on my call display.

This is the call I get as well.  I ask them politely to remove my number from their call list and they **** up without a comment.

"This is Rachel from card holder services..."Get these 4 or 5 times a week, no matter how many times I ask them to stop.

Keeps calling, I screen calls, they **** up!

Just another scammer. ***** them and the crooked politicians that get paid off to let them get by with it!

Called - message  pretending that it's MY credit card rep, then offered lowering interest rate
