I just recieved this call about a hour ago and he told me i had a loan from july 2010 and i never did pulled my bank records and there was no proof of anything and he said i will be served court papers

i have filed a report with the federal trade commission.  I suggest you do the same.  If he stole your info from an online application they have you ss number and bank info.  Also file a police report so we can end this f***ing guy

Got the same call. Said they were going to file a suit! What ever came of it?

The representative called my place of employment and said his name was Ron Jenkins from the cyber crime unit. Really.....
