Got a threatening email saying exactly the same thing. Says I have a loan past due with them for over $2,000 which is not true. Just weird.

I received a email with this Phone number to contact this email contains threats. LOAN/DEBT INFORMATION   CASE FILE#: R-5588   DUE AMOUNT-$959.45 LOAN COMPANY/LENDER - ACS INC. We are hereby to inform you that you are going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by US Government, so before so****ing goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter. It seems apparent that you had chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with your Payday Services. At this point you had made your intentions clear and leave us no choice but to protect our interest in this matter. They threaten to have the government put a hold on your SS# (really...?). They threaten to take you to court by phone calls and email...no registered letters sent or received. They threaten to contact your employer and your bank. For repayment of a loan not owed.......

ACS Inc about a non-existing payday loan. When you return their calls, they threaten you to verify your ss# or they will sue you. Never give your ss# to anyone over the phone.
