scammers from india always call me and threaten me and i owe money to them regarding some pay day loan. I get atleast 4 to 5 calls a day regarding this scam .I am gonna report in police if i get a call once a***n.

I got the same call.  I didn't answer and got a nasty message from someone with a very heavy accent.  He said his name was David so****ing or other, very obviously NOT his name.  Told me to call him or have my retained attorney call him immediately otherwise all he could do was "wish me good luck."  I've gotten calls like this before and I know this is a scam.  I've also contacted me attorney to call them back to stop the harassment.  They've even called my work number.

I received a call from an unknown number stating I owed 5484.87 for a payday loan. When I asked who was calling a foreign man stated his name was Eric Adam and  he was from Cash Partners America.  He stated he would be sending someone to my job as I was going to be charged with three criminal counts and placed in jail.  When I asked for more info about him and a number to call back he provided me with two numbers that remain busy.  He has been calling and threatening me,  I will be contacting my lawyer to file charges a***nst their company.
