It is from the New York Area, is a man with a very heavy indian accent, who will tell you that the state of consumer affairs and business has s****ed a legal action a***nst you. They will NOT tell you what company they are with, only want to talk to an attorney and threaten to come arrest you on the spot and will not give you any information about the supposed legal action.
