Same story here... I needed to repay a loan plus late charges for a total of 1095.36... Money had been put in my account in Dec.. Went directly to my Credit Union to check about the deposit and the report that they had tried to extract the funds from my account several times.. Teller looked back to December and showed no such transactions.. Guess I wait for for them to take me to court over money I have never seen or my credit union has no record of...

said that i needed to call him back immeditely or the only thing he could do was wish me luck as this situation unfolds. and when i actually talked to them they said i owed 586.00 to a ez cash advance and that if i didnt take care of it he would issue a warrant for my arrest. Indian accent that was very hard to understand.

Said me or either my attorney had to call him back right away or he can only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me.

They won't stop calling and they are threatning me.

I received this call at work.  They asked me to call them back immediately or have my attorney call them back.
