Ask a Lawyer, 1st visit free. when they talk don't say 1 word. When they aren't hearing anything, they will go 2 somewhere they will. they feed on fear. The calmer I stay, the more control I have, to think & act clearer. These people are stalkers. I found friends after 40yrs. You can find these people 2 make them stop or be punished

they call me over and over and over a***n saying they will pay off my loans for free and when i told the women i made 145000 a year and dont need anyone to pay any thing for me she get upset well iam upset now that b***h wont stop calling with the same line of bu***hit and i keep telling her haa haa haa i make more money then you haa haa she gets made but iam getting a lawer and i want to know who owns that number and iam sueing them for****ment

I am receiving several calls a day from 347-487-1144. It is time that someone be charged with harassment. Any suggestions?

I got the call and when I picked it up, it was just silent and then hey ***g up, when I tried calling back, I get a busy signal.

this number constantly calls the first three times it was to inform me that i won a free cell phone? indian voice. and now they call, never say a word, then ****s up. whoooo the fkk is this?!?!?!

I keep a whistle by the phone.  I received a call about 2 minutes ago from this number.  I said, "Hello?".  Silence.  I said "hello" a***n and a heavily accented voice responded "Hello?".  I then blew the whistle as loud as I could in the mouthpiece and ***g up.  If they call back, (and why would they want to?) I'll do the same ****ed thing.This is my new "strategy" for handling idiots like this (and there are a ton of 'em)

This caller calls and listens to me say*****o for a while, but doesnt respond and then just ****s up.This is extremely annoying!!!!!

I have been receiving calls like D. Parker stated.  This time i was in the i have just broken foot, fixing house repair which fell on foot as this number called a***n, same name and accent.  Son died around this time 3 years ago and daughter-in law 2 years ago, husband abondaned my daughter and i 4 months after son died.  Just learned he is being sued for tons of $, but not paying.  Friend saw notice and got his lawyers number but of course its his lawyer so no help.  Now im getting these phone calls.  We just would like them to identify who they really are or just stop calling.  help is appreciated but says this is a landline in n.y. city, n.y. but can't get calls back.  Anybody have any ideas how to deal with this stuff.  I had a lawyer last year but after 30k that did nothing to stop this kind of calls, c****ed number and they got it a***n.  reports to phone company doesn't do any good just more time spent talking to them.  my son had friends all over the usa and would welcome them but this person doesn't say anything about that so don't think its one of his past friends either.  Found this page and read some of the postings and they seem the same.  Friends welcome to help, any ideas on what else i could try, please post.  thanks and have a great day--

I received a call from this number twice.  Trying to sell me a security system then trying to give me a cell phone.  He was rude and told me I didn't care about my family security.  I had a few words myself after that.  I searched for the number and found it in New York.  I think I will call the phone company regarding this matter.

"Ricardo", with an Indian accent, called on 7/10/08 at 4:10:56 PM and identified himself as being with "Lending Network". When I asked for his address, he gave me "39655 Trinity Way" and a call back number of a cell phone in the 408 area code. When I called the owner of the cell phone, he had no idea that someone was distributing his number as a call back number. "Ricardo" could not give me his location but said his ZIP code was "95059". He said that he was located in "Jerico, California". I conclude that all the information he gave was false.

An Indian guy informed me that "Your household has been randomly picked for a new cellphone if you switch to our service."  We told him no thank-you, said our good-byes and ended the call.

Jan 3rd 3:24PM, 2008. call received from number: 1(347) 487-1144 Alan was "calling on behalf of the largest security company in the world!" Yeah right! So I said to Alan, at this point not in a rude manner mind you, "Would you please take this number off the call back list?" He says in a very arrogant manner "Sure, can you give me a reason why I should?" So I shouted at him "Because I'll file a lawsuit a***nst you if you don't"... dead silence. Then he ***g up.
