Interesting that my caller id shows this call coming in from a CELL PHONE!!!  This call came in at 2:44pm, when I wasn't home.  Like a legitimate business (such as a credit card company) would do business on a cell phone.  They didn't leave a message. I too am on the National DNC list but it doesn't seem to matter. I really wish it would work.

Yes, "cardholder services" scam.They dont know if I have a credit card or if I carry a balance. They just scam people out of their credit card info. Im not even sure the employees know its a scam.Get into the call and they will slowly ask more & more info and before you know it, you gave them EVERYTHING they need to charge your card and you have no idea who they are.I always mess with them just to waste their time.

Called ID said "Out of Area" so I did not answer it.  Then my phone indicated there was a "New Message" so I did play that - and some male (?) tone made a chattering noise (like a squirrel rolling  nut from side to side in its mouth) - but no message.  So I came here to see other reports - and to add mine.

Credit card scam....they want to lower your interest rate....'course you have to give them a lot of personal info....just ignore

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

Caller ID showed  NWYRCYZNO4 N.  It's going on my call block list.  This is a New York City area code.
