Here's a copy and paste from another comment that works; I saw a blog entry of someone else also getting calls from 347-502-25** (last 2 digits varies). He figured out how to stop the phone calls and it worked for me; either call 307-223-0458 or send an email to [email protected]; give the caller's phone number (to verify the do not call request will be effective) and your receiving phone number (to remove it from the caller's list) and it'll stop the phone calls.

They show up on caller ID as BILL****IST or 2013 REDUCTION. Also, they use 347-502-2527 as other number with same caller ID showing up! Both numbers same recorded robot message..

Annoying... Though I do like the comment about arresting and sentencing the guy to life...(having them listen to annoying callers, every 2 minutes- would be very satisfying to me..(haha)!

Same here. Electric bill BS. They call constantly. So annoying!

3 calls today - all about lowering my electric bill. 4 times yes****ay. Total scam.

Multiple calls in the last few days; caller ***g up during the answering ma****e's greeting each time. Very annoying.
